Location and Building
The Crescent Beach Club is located about 26 miles (45 minutes) west of the Tampa International Airport. The condominium complex has two 20 story towers and set directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach of Sand Key. Each tower has 120 condo units (6 per floor), each overlooking the both beach and inner-coastal water ways.
Amenities
Crescent Beach Club has two large heated swimming pools and spa. Each of the beach side pools area has its own outdoor grilling area with 4 gas grills, sink, tables & chairs with plenty of seating and ample pool  side lounging for the sun-seekers. Each tower has its own Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s steam/sauna rooms. The lobby is beautifully decorated with access to the reading center, billiards room, large recreation room with bathrooms, kitchen & wonderful views.
Building rules and other issues
The minimum length of stay at the Crescent Beach Club is two week. The have a 24 manned security with a gated secure entrance. The parking is locater under the building to protect your car from the elements. Pets are allowed in the building but it is up the the individual owners if pets will be allowed in there units.
The Area
Shopping and restaurants are located just across the street from the Crescent Beach Club as well as the activities of Clearwater Beach a very short dive a bike ride away.
